What are polypropylene sheets with cellular or honeycomb structure?

Polypropylene sheets with a cellular or honeycomb structure are composed of multiple layers with a hollow cell core. This smart core provides an ideal balance between weight, stiffness, and durability. They are also moisture-resistant, chemically resistant, and fully recyclable.

Our product Triacell®

Triacell® is a polypropylene sheet consisting of 7 or 11 layers, with the cellular structure forming the core. On top of this middle layer lies a smooth or rough top and/or bottom layer. Just like Bicell®, these sheets offer high bending strength, high compressive strength, and can be laminated with various materials. With a smooth top and bottom, this sheet is particularly suitable for printing.

What is the difference between Triacell® and Bicell®?

Both are polypropylene sheets with a cellular core. Triacell® is finished with a flat top and bottom, making it ideal for printing.

Are these sheets suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, our sheets are moisture- and water-resistant and, with the addition of an anti-UV additive, also suitable for temporary outdoor use.

Are the sheets recyclable?

All sheets are made from 100% recyclable polypropylene.
